Heath Grundy to visit training

This week we are lucky to have Heath Grundy from the Sydney Swans visiting the club.

A hugely underrated key defender, Grundy backed up his fourth-placed finish in the 2015 Bob Skilton Medal to go one better last year and make his way onto the podium. Extremely unlucky to be overlooked for All Australian honours, Grundy didn’t miss a game to show off his outstanding consistency by playing 20-plus games in each of the past eight seasons. Added to the leadership group last year, Grundy flourished and was rarely beaten playing on the competition’s elite forwards.

Heath will be helping out with training, so please get to training at the normal time of 4:30pm. He will then will hang around to chat and sign jumpers or hats.

Event: Sydney Swans Club Visit
When: Thursday 1st June
Time: 4:30pm-6.00pm
Where: Blackman Park #4
