Auskick Report Round 13 – 29th July

31 July 2018

Awesome work this week Auskickers with some straight kicking and handballing – it really does make a difference with hitting the target when the kids focus on slowing down and swinging through rather than going across the body.

Well done to our Best On Ground winners this week.  Collette Lumley and Archie Lawry did really well during the drills with a focus on technique and accuracy, and Oscar Bateson was a defensive machine during the game!

There are still a few Team Photos to be collected (I know a number of families are still on holidays) so we will have them with us again next week.

As a side note, can everyone please make sure they put their rubbish in the bins – there was a fair bit of mess left around today and it takes time to clean up so please do your part.

If possible please also take 2 minutes now to click on the below link (if you haven’t already) and nominate Lane Cove Cats Junior AFL Club for Macquarie Sports Radio’s Little Legends Comp – every vote will go towards winning $2,000 for the Club to put towards more sporting equipment to help our children.

See you all next week.
